Hei. I am a designer with nearly a decade of experience working as an individual contributor and leader in both startups and large enterprises. Originally from Tartu, Estonia, I spent close to 10 years in the UK, gaining new perspectives on life and meeting my wonderful wife. We now have two kids.

I’m passionate about outcome-driven, high-quality design — especially when it means untangling messy problems and turning them into thoughtful, scalable solutions. My approach starts with a clear vision, broken into shippable pieces. I move fast, test early, and iterate often.

I like to get to the point, I’m a bit of a productivity nerd, and I have an enduring love for motorsport (especially Formula 1). In my spare time, you’ll find me reading about product strategy, parenting, and — unsurprisingly — more about design.
